Serving San Francisco, San Mateo, the Peninsula, and the greater Bay Area.
E xaminations use computerized polygraph instrumentation, established professional procedures, and validated testing techniques.
Every case is different. Polygraph examinations are designed around a specific issue or clearly defined allegation rather than broad or vague questions.
Examinations elsewhere in California and in other states may also be arranged, subject to applicable licensing and legal requirements.
Testing is available in English, Russian, and Ukrainian – in the language you are most comfortable speaking.

About the Examiner
SF Bay Polygraph was founded by Nataliya Panchenko, MSW, LCSW, a formally trained polygraph examiner with a professional background in clinical interviewing and behavioral health.
Her clinical experience complements her polygraph training by providing extensive experience communicating about sensitive subjects, establishing professional rapport, and working effectively with individuals experiencing stress or anxiety.
A Professional and Objective Approach
A polygraph examination should never begin with a predetermined conclusion.
Each examination is conducted neutrally and includes a pre-test interview, review of the issue and examination questions, physiological data collection, analysis, and discussion or reporting of results as appropriate.
Informed consent is obtained before testing, and all test questions are reviewed with the examinee before physiological data are recorded. Those principles follow current American Polygraph Association (APA) standards.
Attorneys & Investigators
SF Bay Polygraph welcomes referrals from attorneys, private investigators, and other professionals seeking an independent examination related to a clearly defined issue.
Cases are approached objectively, with attention to professional documentation, confidentiality, and the needs of the referring professional.
